• One-on-One Coaching Sessions – The number of coaching sessions per month will depend on what Coaching Membership you choose. Popular numbers are 2 or 4 sessions per month with the flexibility of being invoiced for extra sessions when you need them each month.

• Email and Text Support – With this support you can share how you are doing or ask quick questions between sessions.

• Annual Anniversary Gift – After 1 year of one-on-one coaching with Coach Kelly you will receive a gift continuing every year during your anniversary month.
